½ cup vanilla yogurt
2 cups mixed berries frozen
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup milk
1. Add yogurt, berries, chia seeds and milk to the blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
8 cups water
8 bags hibiscus tea (like Red Zinger) or 3 Tablespoons dried hibiscus flowers
2 cups apple juice, lemonade, or ginger ale (for sweetener)

1. In a kettle or saucepan, bring water to a boil.
2. When water is boiling, move it off the heat and add tea bags or hibiscus flowers. Let bags / flowers steep for 10 minutes and then remove.
3. Let the tea cool until it can be transferred to a pitcher. Refrigerate until chilled.
4. Just before serving, stir in apple juice, lemonade, or ginger ale.
5. Serve tea over ice garnished with mint and lime wedges.
1 ¾ cups white sugar
1 cup water
9 medium lemons, or more as needed
7 cups ice-cold water
ice as needed
1. Combine sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan. Stir to dissolve sugar while mixture comes to a boil. Set aside to cool slightly.
2. Meanwhile, roll lemons around on your counter to soften. Cut in half crosswise, and squeeze into a liquid measuring cup. Add
pulp to the juice, but discard any seeds. Continue juicing until you have 1 ½ cups fresh juice and pulp.
3. Pour 7 cups ice-cold water into a pitcher. Stir in lemon juice and pulp, then add simple syrup to taste. Add ice.
4. Enjoy!
For the oreo milk:
¼ cup oreo cookies crumbled
½ cup milk
For the milkshake:
½ cup of oreo milk use the entire recipe above which will be slightly more than ½ cup after combining
1 ½ cups vanilla ice cream
¼ cup crushed oreos
For the oreo milk:
1. Combine the whole milk with the ½ cup of oreos in a mason jar or a container you can cover with some kind of lid. Let sit in fridge for about 15 minutes or longer.
2. Shake the milk vigorously to create the oreo milk.
For the milkshake:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Begin blending on low, and increase speed, until everything is completely blended.
2. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and extra oreo pieces if you wish.
2 oranges
6 allspice berries
4 star anise pods
1 tsp. coriander seeds
1 bay leaf
3/4 cup honey
2 cups black cherry juice
1 qt. pomegranate juice
2 cups mixed berries
1. Remove the peels from the oranges with a vegetable peeler. Put the peels in a saucepan and add the allspice berries,
star anise pods, coriander seeds, bay leaf and honey.
2. Squeeze in the orange juice.
3. Add the black cherry juice and pomegranate juice and bring to a simmer. Let he mixture simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
4. Remove the orange peels and spices with a slotted spoon.
5. Stir the mixed berries into the mulled juice and ladle into mugs.
1 ounce grenadine
4 ounces ginger ale or lemon lime soda (such as Sprite or 7UP)
maraschino cherries for garnish
1. Fill a tumbler with ice
2. Add in the grenadine and then the soda.
3. Stir gently to combine
4. Top with maraschino cherries and serve.
